I bought this soundbar/woofer combo when I purchased my new TV all directly from Samsung. To this day depending on what I am watching the soundbar randomly starts breaking up and the only way to stop it is to turn it off and back on. Repeat as needed. Samsung customer service tried over the phone to correct the problem but could not. I wanted them to send a technician to the house but their closest authorized service center is somewhere in NJ and I'm in CT. Typical Hi-Tech.

disappointed in this setup and samsung approach to customers. even system with matching rear speakers is inadequate compared to similar priced options. basement system completely drowns this one out on the main level. really poor sound. also, hate samsung's insistence on using smarthings hub and network setup that only works to manage their products. not very "smart" for modern connected homes. refusal to use smartthings means you are forced to accomplish firmware updates through usb. the update file they provide for usb download is in a .bin format, which is extinct and not used in modern software. you must download a file conversion software to extract this zipped file because of this, which is an awful experience. inexcusable from a self-described technology company!
