Great Gift!

I received these headphones as a gift and have used them regularly around the house. The sound is very clear and they have very good bass response. I like the magnetic feature of the ear pieces that keep them together when not in use and prevent them from dangling.

Great for music listening, not for calls.

Though i originally bought the headset for work and doing service technician support. I found out that they are a great product for music listening. Common complaints for calls is that it is difficult to hear me. They say that it sounds muffled even when speaking directly into the microphone. I have no problems with initial connectivity. The range is approximately 25 ft from the connected device depending on battery level. I found that there were issues with the device keeping connected after the first two hours of use following a full charge.It will randomly cut out for a second or two and reconnect automatically. if you are using this for exercise, i would recommend something else less bulky or more pliable around the neck area. The rigidity of the collar piece means it is hard to travel with and the unit is noticeable when you do activities like running. Overall this device is a good for listening to music and not much else.

Doesnt last many uses

I bought them a couple years ago, however with limited use, definately expected them to last longer. The ergonomic, around the neck design, flexible urethane joints that they speak of, snapped. I dont consider my neck to be very large. After about the 20th use, they snapped. The speakers still work, but no longer fit well around the neck.

phone quality is muffled

Everyone I call says I sound muffled and cannot understand me. I am pairing with the new Note 9 - so it's a Samsung to Samsung connection. Many reviews online complain of the same issue, I was hoping for a better result after having received so many complaints that they may have fixed the problem. Returning.

Please remove the vibration mode

I find the the vibration when battery is low or when receiving a call very stressful and annoying. I found no way to disable it. Also it would be nice to have a notification about the percentage of the battery on the phone visible at the top. There is also an issue with the videos on Windows 10 since I have to turn it on and off several times. For the rest it is a good device.

I don't feel as if this was a well thought out product. There's no reason that way that by taking the product on and off that it should break. Its not durable. I would not recommend it
